How to Write a Resume ?

Resume is one of the most vital parts on any kind of job interview. It is the part where you can impress the interviewer. For a good resume you need proper information about the format of a resume, how to write a objective on it, experience, education, extra skill, hobbies etc.
The resume has to be nice and clear to understand, well written and literally all essential portions covered. You don’t need to over expressive with your resume. It is true that the appearance of the resume always boosts, enhance your probability, and increase the attention towards you.

Format of Resume 

The formats varies little bit according with the profile of the job. But more of less they are the same .Any professional job interview must have these portions
1. Name & Personal Information
2. Objective of the Resume
3. Education
4. Experience
5. Extra Skills
These are the main portions. Some resumes include Carrier Achievement, Hobbies etc. Each portion of the resume should be written in a proper manner. Recruiter or Interviewer doesn’t have the time to read excess words which have to connection with their priority. So focus to write the resume in a strategic way.

1. Name & Personal Information

It is the first part of the resume. It should be written on the very top of the page. Some place this on the left or right top corner. We suggest that top middle is better than top corner if the resume not includes photo. It should be bolt and prominent.
The address and the personal information should place beneath the name .It includes address, email & phone no. Except these, no information needs.

2. Objectives

It is the most vital part of the resume. It is the place where you have to grab the attention of the interviewer. Some key points are there to write a good resume objective. They are
i) Targeted statement on your objective.
ii) Don’t focus on yourself centered goals ,obviously you tell about your carrier goal instead of that you must have to give the priority to the company and try to cover the growth of the company.
iii) Don’t mention multidimensional carrier goal in a single resume

3. Education

Education is also one of the think you have to look for . This section generally placed right beneath the objective .You should clearly mention the educational institute, its place and the year .Marks are not necessary for every job , it depends upon the job. If you have to mention the gradation or marks, you have to follow that.

4. Work Experience

It is the place where you have to clarify your entire work experience. Working year should be given and the exact position on that field should be noticed.

5. Extra Skill/ Key Skill

This is the portions where you disclose your strong point or you have a diploma on that field. Don’t put your hobbies, liking something like that which are totally irrelevant with the job.

Few  things like Academic Achievement , Personal Profile ect. can be added according the profile of the job and your experience. In some resume Summary is used first . It is the combination of overview of your experience at a glance and  objectives .
